Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels of medical supplies, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
Receiving - opening boxes

Maintain detailed records of items packed.
Organize storage areas to facilitate easy access to supplies while adhering to safety and infection control standards.
Monitor expiration dates on supplies and dispose of expired items following hospital policies.
Assist with inventory management systems, including data entry, stock audits, and reporting discrepancies.
Follow healthcare infection prevention and control guidelines diligently during all supply handling activities.
Experience

Prior experience in hospital supply management is preferred.
Excellent dependability and willingness to work.
Experience with inventory.
High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
One + years working in a stockroom or warehouse.
