Stafkings Personnel Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Examination Materials & Logistics Coordinator to support the preparation, packing, shipping, and receiving of statewide testing materials. This role combines clerical, computer, and hands-on labor responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, pack, and ship examination materials, including:
2026 Regents Field Tests and Pilot Tests
Grade 5 and Grade 8 Science Field Tests
Grade 5 and Grade 8 Science paper-based examinations
Regents and non-secure testing materials
June 2026 and August 2026 Regents Examinations
Receive and unpack lockboxes returned from schools following all testing administrations
Retrieve appropriate exam and materials packets as needed during testing cycles
Pack lockboxes with correct Regents Examinations and non-secure materials based on shipping notices for each school
Prepare and package all Field Tests and Pilot Tests
Scan FedEx labels into the FedEx system to track shipments and package weights
Update internal computer systems with new or revised school district data to ensure accurate delivery addresses
Organize, label, and store testing materials and examinations in designated storage areas (TDU)
File and maintain all shipping notices and related documentation
Qualifications & Skills

Ability to perform a complex role requiring a unique blend of clerical, computer, and physical work
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines and deadlines
Ability to lift, carry, and move lockboxes and cardboard boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed procedures accurately
