Key Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries related to manufacturing operations, accruals, inventory, and cost allocations.
Maintain general ledger accuracy and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end close processes for corporate and manufacturing entities.
Assist with financial reporting, management reports, and operational cost analysis.
Support inventory accounting, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and physical inventory processes.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of manufacturing costs.
Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to support cost control and process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of general accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of GAAP and inventory/cost accounting.
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
