Plan, organize, and oversee multiple technical projects or programs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
Track project progress, budgets, and timelines.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate updates and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure all work meets company standards and customer requirements.
Support process improvements and drive efficiency across teams.
Assist with project proposals, scheduling, and cost estimates.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience managing technical or engineering projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar).
PMP or related certification is a plus.
