Key Responsibilities:

Create and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain vendor relationships.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment.
Perform kitting duties — assemble parts, materials, and documentation needed for production.
Verify and receive incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Record all purchasing, inventory, and job cost transactions in QuickBooks.
Reconcile inventory and assist with cycle counts.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure timely material flow.
Assist with general administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in purchasing, inventory control, or kitting required.
