We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC/R systems and property maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems across various properties.
Duties:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters and schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Perform repairs on boilers and other heating systems as needed.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure efficient operation of all mechanical systems.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used for each job.
Drive company vehicles to various job sites, ensuring safe transportation of tools and equipment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in diverse environments.
Experience:
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, mechanics, and property maintenance practices is essential.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles to job sites.
