Assist with billing inquiries and process payments as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies.
Stay updated on medical terminology and office procedures to provide informed support.
Requirements

Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is required ( 1 year)
Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
High School or Equivalent is required.
