Key Responsibilities
Pick products according to work orders and customer specifications.
Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipment.
Inspect products for quality and report any defects or discrepancies.
Maintain inventory accuracy by following established procedures.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or picking/packing experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
