The physician sees patients three days per week, with the remaining two days dedicated to administrative follow-up, chart management, and patient coordination.

Responsibilities
Clinical Duties (Patient Days):
Room patients and obtain medical histories, vitals, and medication updates
Prepare exam rooms and assist the physician during ENT exams and procedures
Perform clinical tasks within certification scope
Clean and stock exam rooms and clinical areas
Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation
Administrative Duties (Non-Patient Days):
Process patient follow-up tasks and provider orders
Manage referrals, authorizations, and patient communications
Assist with chart preparation and documentation review
Support scheduling and general office workflow
Qualifications
Medical Assistant certification preferred (CMA, RMA, or equivalent experience considered)
Prior experience in a medical office required; ENT or specialty practice experience preferred
Strong computer and EMR skills
Excellent communication and patient service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to balance clinical and administrative tasks
Schedule & Pay
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
$20.00 per hour
