Responsibilities
Greet and room patients, obtain medical history, vital signs, and medication updates
Prepare exam rooms and assist providers with ENT procedures and treatments
Perform ear irrigations, hearing screenings, and other clinical tasks as allowed by certification
Document all patient interactions accurately in the EMR system
Manage patient flow to maintain timely and efficient appointments
Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure clean, organized clinical spaces
Provide patient education and instructions for follow-up care
Assist with phone triage and scheduling support as needed
Required Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) (preferred)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Proficiency with EMR systems and strong computer skills
Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused, professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Preferred Qualifications
ENT or specialty practice experience
Previous hands-on clinical experience assisting with procedures
Schedule
Monday–Friday, Full-Time, Day Shift
(No weekends or major holidays)
Compensation & Benefits
$20/hr
Weekly pay through direct deposit
