We are seeking an experienced Mid–Senior Level IT Technician to support a fast-paced managed services environment. This role performs advanced troubleshooting, client support, and project work across a wide range of technologies. Responsibilities
Provide advanced remote and on-site support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure/Active Directory
Troubleshoot servers, networking, authentication, DNS, Group Policy, RDS/VDI, and workstation issues
Administer Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP
Configure networks, firewalls, switches, VLANs, and wireless environments
Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
Assist with migrations, deployments, new client onboarding, and IT project implementations
Implement cybersecurity tools (MFA, EDR, backups) and respond to alerts
Assist with compliance initiatives (HIPAA, NIST, cybersecurity best practices)
Maintain accurate documentation in PSA/RMM systems
Provide strong client-facing communication and technical guidance
Requirements
3–7+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience strongly preferred
Strong skills with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and Microsoft 365
Solid understanding of VLANs, routing, firewalls, and wireless technologies
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
Reliable transportation for local client visits (mileage reimbursement provided
Preferred Qualifications
Industry certifications: A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, Azure
Experience using RMM/PSA tools
