Stafkings Healthcare Systems is currently recruiting homecare RN’s to perform assessments, admissions and aide supervisions. We have full-time and part-time opportunities to provide home care case management in Cayuga county.

The RN provides professional nursing care visits to patients primarily in the patient’s homes. Admits patients and coordinates their home care course of treatment with members of the patient’s care team. Confers and collaborates with physicians in the implementation of the home care treatment plan. Independently provides and documents patient visits. Oversees and supervises aide field staff and re-educates policy and procedures as needed.

Experience:

Nursing: 1 year - Required
Home care: experience is a plus

License/Certification:

Current NYS RN License/Registration Required
CPR Certification Required
