Responsibilities:
Assist disabled clients with their activities of daily living.
Assist patients in performing health-maintenance activities.
Manage medical supply inventories and records.
Perform home-administration duties.
Be cognizant of safety issues and provide assistance where required.
Communicate with and provide information to health-care providers.
Be able to read, write, speak and listen in English; be presentable and friendly; be tolerant of others; have a high school diploma or equivalent; have had one year of experience in home health care, geriatrics, hospice or the nursing and health-care fields.
